Navigating career changes
As a result of what we do together in coaching, you will transition through career changes with renewed confidence, new ideas and the ability to create value when adapting to opportunities. We work together with wisdom and language to think about complexity differently.
During transitions, you might experience substantial changes to your environment, roles and responsibilities, and even identity. This leads to the need to interpret reactions from a more complex way of thinking, especially when unexpected changes challenge your own personal values.
Using a semi-structured approach, based on complexity science, we evolve your confidence by paying attention differently and practicing for the transition. The outcome of our transitional coaching is you grow your leadership maturity at a local level, which has the ability to transform whole organisations.

Coaching executive leaders during challenging career transitions – usually delivered in 3 or 6 month packages of 1:1 coaching.
Leadership Facilitation
Executive team development and experiential workshop facilitation – usually delivered as virtual/ face to face hybrid sessions.
